Our new clients specialise in the bespoke joinery & fit-out industry. They have a range of future projects lined up.
This Quantity Surveyor role you will be responsible for assisting the already established team on projects in NI / ROI.
Monday to Friday, full time, permanent, 28 days holiday, Company car, Laptop, Phone.
Day to Day:

Be involved in site meetings with our staff and sub-contractors.

Meeting with clients to discuss projects.

Managing projects to ensure they are completed to client specifications.

Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.

Prepare cost analysis, prepare cost plans, prepare tender and contract documents.

Calculate material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe.

Write reports detailing costs and progress for clients.

Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.

Attend weekly and monthly meetings as and when required.

5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within bespoke joinery & fit-out.
-
Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.

Experienced in dealing with clients, management, and sub-contractors.

Knowledgeable in with all relevant building and safety codes.
-
UK Driving Licence, ability to travel NI / ROI.
