Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, person centred nursing care
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans
  • Monitor residents and respond to clinical changes
  • Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
  • Support and mentor care staff and junior team members
  • Contribute to audits, compliance, and continuous improvement

About You

  • Active NMC registration (RGN)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
