We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager/Nurse Manager to lead a well-established 50 bedded nursing home in Ballynahinch. The service provides general nursing, dementia nursing and dementia residential care, and has a strong, long-standing team in place. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and smooth operational management.
The role includes:
- Overall management of the nursing home and resources
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and NMC standards
- Managing staffing, budgets and operational performance
- Driving quality of care and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
- Significant post-qualification experience (including care home management/leadership)
- Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical standards
- Confident leader with good people management skills
- Able to balance clinical quality with operational demands
What’s on offer:
- £52,000 - £54,000 salary
- £6,000 OTE bonus
