We are currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse on behalf of one of our longstanding clients, a highly regarded nursing home based in County Down. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well run home with a fantastic reputation for both resident care and staff support. The team within the home is long standing, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, with management who are approachable and very hands on in their day to day support of staff. The home provides a positive working environment where nurses are valued and supported, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for stability, strong teamwork, and a role where they can really enjoy their work.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an experienced nursing team delivering high quality, person centred care to residents within the home. You will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
