Role: Estimating Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Location: Draperstown, Magherafelt
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5

We're delighted to be recruiting an Estimating Assistant to cover a period of maternity for 9-12 months for a well established construction business.

The Role:
You will support the Estimating Team by preparing cost estimates, obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing, reviewing tenders, preparing reports and ensuring deadlines are met.
The Requirements:
- Good educational attainment, including a minimum GCSE/equivalent in Mathematics & English
- At least one year of employment gained in accounts or a construction role
- Excellent IT skills
- An HND qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or another construction-related discipline is desirable
