The job in a nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects, working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure each project runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate sub-contractors, clients and site teams, manage programmes, schedule and procure materials, interpret drawings and specifications and ensure Health & Safety remains a priority throughout.

We think candidates with strong Site Management experience within commercial fit-out should apply. You will be particularly well suited if you have:

  • Previous commercial fit-out experience
  • Strong site and people management experience
  • Experience managing programmes and project schedules
  • Experience coordinating sub-contractors and clients
  • Experience scheduling and procuring materials
  • The ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel across NI, ROI and the rest of the UK when required
  • Experience within high-end joinery would be particularly advantageous, while First Aid, CSCS/CSR/SMSTS and PROCORE experience would also be desirable.
