The Role:
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll process supplier and purchase invoices, update QuickBooks, arrange invoice payments, raise purchase orders and sales invoices, complete bank reconciliations, issue customer statements and support the wider office.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months' accounts administration experience, including invoices, purchase orders and statements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
