The job in a nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to support the commercial delivery of a range of construction projects from tender stage through to final account. You'll get hands-on involvement with take-offs, tender pricing, procurement, subcontractor quotations, valuations, variations, cost reporting and project documentation with an experienced commercial team around you to help you develop.
Should you apply?
We think Graduate Quantity Surveyors or Junior Quantity Surveyors with up to 2-3 years' experience should apply.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar.
- Graduate-level or early-career Quantity Surveying experience.
- Good understanding of construction and commercial principles.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Ability to commute to Dungiven.
