What We Seek At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.

Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and investigate thoroughly.
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce precise reports.
Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote systems.
A valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
Salary and Bonuses Base Salary: £38,500
– £41,500 Retention Bonus: 5% Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retention Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650 Benefits 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), plus additional leave options.

Working Hours Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
Flexible working hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, accommodating both personal preferences and business needs.
Available shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
Example shifts include: 8am 4:30pm or 9am 5:30pm.
We will provide at least 4 weeks notice for any changes to your schedule.
