The Role: Leading the electrical engineering team, overseeing project resource allocation, and approving electrical design outputs from concept through detailed design, validation, and release to production.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 7 years of demonstrated leadership history within an engineering department, including at least 2 years in a dedicated managerial role.
- Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 5 years of technical experience designing heavy equipment, vehicles, or mobile machinery within a manufacturing or OEM environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience using 2D and 3D CAD platforms (such as EPlan, SolidWorks Electrical, or AutoCAD Electrical) alongside a deep understanding of manufacturing integration and DFMA.
