Electrical Building Services Engineer Bangor £25k to £45k Our clients provide dynamic multi-disciplinary building consultancy services delivering quality professional expertise and advice to clients across a diverse range of business sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. They are expanding and opened up a new MEP Department. Work on projects in the public and private sectors that include education authorities, health trusts, public buildings, and housing associations. An opportunity now exists for an Electrical Building Services Engineerto join their team in North Down. Assist with: Design of Electrical Building Services on a large variety of projects. Collaborating with other in-house design disciplines. Producing briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work, and cost estimates. Undertaking surveys and writing technical reports. Participating in design team and site meetings. Developing within a team of engineers. Experience: Degree qualified in Building Services / Electrical Engineering. Knowledge and experience of Building Regulations. 1 to 5 years’ experience in a Building Services Design. Experienced in AutoCAD / BIM / Revit. Excellent communication skills and happy to liaise with clients. Team player and ability to influence team members in a positive way.
