We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function within a growing business. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and commercial support while managing a finance team of 4.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly management accounts, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Improve financial controls and ERP systems
- Support audits, compliance, and tax requirements
- Provide financial insight to support business decisions and projects
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
Essential Criteria
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and ERP systems experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
