Join an established architectural practice working across commercial, retail, residential and hospitality developments throughout the UK and Ireland. Build a broader portfolio with projects ranging from residential schemes to supermarkets and large mixed-use developments. Develop alongside experienced architects and technical staff, with opportunities for long-term progression. Healthcare, pension and 29 days holiday, alongside a salary starting at £28,000, depending on experience. Youll help turn design concepts into detailed, practical drawing packages that support planning, approvals and construction.
Working closely with architects, consultants and the wider project team, youll: Assist with planning applications and Building Control submissions. Prepare tender documentation and update drawings as projects develop. Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to coordinate project information. Attend site visits and project meetings when required. A good understanding of UK/NI Building Regulations and planning processes. The ability to manage your workload across several live projects.
