The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to take ownership of the technical delivery and coordination of architectural projects from planning through to construction stage. You'll be producing detailed drawing packages, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, resolving technical issues and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. Don't worry, you won't be doing it alone - you'll be joining an experienced and supportive team with decades of expertise behind them.
Should You Apply?
We think Architectural Technicians with at least 5 years' experience within an architectural practice should apply. If you're highly proficient with AutoCAD, have strong technical detailing skills, understand Building Regulations and have experience coordinating projects through multiple stages, you'll have a strong chance of being successful. Experience across commercial, retail, hospitality or residential projects would be particularly advantageous. Revit experience is beneficial but not essential.
