We are working with a leading supplier, manufacturer, installer and service provider to recruit a Service, Sales & Operations Manager.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will oversee the day-to-day service operation while supporting sales growth, improving operational performance and driving continuous improvement across business systems. The role includes managing engineers, coordinating service schedules, supporting customer relationships and helping optimise internal processes.
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management
- Engineering experience would be preferred
- Commercially minded with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills with experience using business software
- Full UK driving licence
