About the role Youll play an important part in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night. Working alongside an experienced team, youll help create a calm, safe and comfortable environment where residents feel respected and supported. Your duties will include: Assisting residents with personal care and individual needs. Supporting bedtime routines and overnight comfort. Promoting dignity, choice and independence. Monitoring residents wellbeing and reporting any concerns. Following care plans, policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues. About you Were looking for someone who is: Compassionate, reliable and approachable. Respectful of residents individual needs and preferences. A good communicator who works well as part of a team. Interested in developing their skills within a nursing care setting. Experienced in care, ideally within a care home environment, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are important. Registered with NISCC or willing to complete registration within the required timeframe. Eligible to work in the UK. The benefits Competitive hourly rate of £13.00.
