Depending on your current level, you'll get involved in:

  • Commercial management of construction projects
  • Interim valuations and final accounts
  • Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Subcontractor and material procurement
  • Negotiating subcontract packages
  • Managing variations and additional works
  • Subcontractor valuations and payments
  • Measurement of works

  • Working with operational teams to maximise profitability

The role can be based from either Belfast or Cookstown, with site visits throughout Northern Ireland.
