We are working with a specialist training provider whose niche is primarily bespoke training to management level or above within both large multinational companies and SMEs. You will work with the trainers and external clients to book venues, help with training materials, organise dates/times, invoicing and reporting. Essentially, you manage the client experience from start to finish.

This position could be good for someone with a PA, EA, Senior Admin or Office Management background.

What do you need?

  • 3 years experience in a professional services environment covering administration and project coordination.
  • Dealing with external clients.
  • Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
  • Experience within training or event management would help you stand out but is not essential.
