Role: Maintenance Engineer Location: Carrickfergus Hours: Dayshift training, followed by rotating shifts Pay: £19.88 per hour / £39,282.88 per annum, up to 36% shift premium We're working with a manufacturing business in Carrickfergus to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. The Benefits: 22% shift premium for 8-hour rotating shifts 36% shift premium for 24/6 or 24/7 rotating 12-hour shifts Initial dayshift training until competent and confident; duration depends on experience and progress The Role: Youll carry out mechanical and electrical repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC and manufacturing equipment, helping improve reliability and production efficiency. It is currently planned to end by the start of November, with a return to the previous 24/6 pattern.
