We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well established care home team in the Belfast area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values person centred care, professional development, and career progression.

The successful candidate will lead care teams to deliver high quality nursing care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for residents at all times.

The Role

  • Deliver and oversee excellent standards of person-centred care
  • Develop, review, and update care plans tailored to residents needs
  • Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with legislation and policies
  • Support and mentor care staff in line with NMC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate care records and reporting procedures
