We're recruiting for a Home Manager to lead a large residential care service in Belfast. The Role
- Overall responsibility for the running of the home
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, Social Work, or active NMC registration
- Strong leadership experience within elderly care services
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements
- Ability to manage teams, performance and service delivery effectively
- Experience within a residential, nursing or care home environment
- Budget management experience desirable
