We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (NMC Registered) to join a well-established care home in the Belfast area. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will support the leadership of the nursing and care team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered to residents.
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse with a current live NMC registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience.
- Previous experience within a senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
