The Job in a Nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to manage and successfully deliver mechanical contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, profitably and to the highest standard. You'll oversee multiple live projects, manage site teams and subcontractors, liaise directly with clients, monitor project costs, prepare variations and ensure all works are delivered on programme. This is a hands-on Contracts Manager role for someone who understands mechanical installations inside out. You'll be expected to provide technical guidance, solve problems quickly and maintain excellent client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project. Don't worry, you'll have the backing of an established team around you, but you'll be trusted to take ownership of your contracts and drive them forward.
