The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to produce high-quality design and construction documentation using Revit, coordinate projects through multiple stages of development and ensure all technical information is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with industry regulations. You'll work closely with architects, consultants and contractors while helping deliver projects from concept through to completion. You'll also play an important role in maintaining BIM standards and supporting the successful delivery of multiple live projects. Should You Apply?
We think Architectural Technologists with strong BIM and Revit experience should apply. After speaking with the hiring manager, if you have at least 5 years' experience working within an architectural practice, a strong understanding of technical design and construction detailing, and experience producing detailed construction documentation, you'll have a very good chance of being successful. Experience within healthcare and education projects would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. More importantly, they're looking for someone who is technically strong, organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
