We're recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing international business based in Lisburn. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy finance team across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Process purchase invoices, payments and credit notes
- Manage supplier and customer queries
- Complete bank and statement reconciliations
- Support month-end reporting and audit activities
- Process expenses and company credit cards
- Assist with finance projects and ad hoc duties
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar role
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is desirable but not essential.
