Roles and responsibilities include:
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home's residents
- Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed
- To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care
- Mentor and lead by example being Nurse in-charge
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of Nursing experience
- Nursing home experience
- NMC registered Nurse
