An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Spray Painter / Workshop Operative to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality bespoke timber products. This role is ideal for an experienced Spray Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and is open to developing additional skills within a busy joinery manufacturing environment.

While the primary focus will be spray painting and finishing, the successful candidate will also support the production team with workshop duties and assist joiners where required. Full training will be provided on the joinery side of the role.

The Role

As a Spray Painter / Workshop Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing a range of bespoke timber products to an exceptionally high standard. Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll spray windows, doors, staircases and bespoke joinery products while also supporting workshop operations, helping prepare products for manufacture and assisting with the movement and assembly of materials. The role is approximately 90% workshop-based with only occasional site work required.
