The Production Operative will work with automated production equipment, complete quality checks and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Duties include: Operating production machinery and equipment safely.
Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Carrying out pre-start and routine equipment checks.
Performing quality inspections on finished products.
Reporting equipment faults or production issues promptly.
Keeping work areas clean and carrying out end-of-shift housekeeping.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.
Requirements Previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Machine Operative is desirable.
Ability to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
