This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established fitout and joinery contractor delivering high-end hospitality projects across the UK & Ireland for globally recognised 5-star hotel brands. As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a luxury hotel fitout project from pre-construction through to handover. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and senior management to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to an exceptional quality standard. This role will particularly suit candidates coming from a fitout, interiors, hospitality, or joinery background who understand the coordination and detail involved in high-spec finishes.
Working Pattern
- Monday-Thursday on-site in Dublin
- Friday based in Armagh office
- Accommodation support available where required
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day project delivery across a luxury hotel fitout project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and budget
- Assist with programme management and short-term planning
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
- Maintain strong working relationships across all project stakeholders
- Quality & Health & Safety
- Oversee quality control and ensure high-end finishes are achieved
- Ensure health & safety compliance is maintained across site operations
- Support the delivery of projects to the company’s quality standards
- Commercial & Operational Coordination
- Liaise closely with commercial and operational teams
- Support efficient project sequencing and site coordination
- Assist with resolving site and programme-related issues
Candidate Requirements
- Essential
- Previous experience in Project Management or Site Management
- Experience delivering fitout, interiors, hospitality, or joinery projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and fast-paced programmes
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work in Dublin during the week
- Desirable
- Joinery or trade background
- Experience working on high-end hospitality or luxury fitout projects
- Experience working with main contractors or specialist fitout contractors
