Role: Service Coordinator

Location: Toome

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 2pm

Pay: £28,000 - £33,000

This is a new role for a Service Coordinator to join a company specialising in the supply and maintenance/servicing of cranes and lifting equipment. The plan is for this role to develop into a Service Manager as the company continues to grow.

The Role: These folks need your help to develop processes for the service department so you'll need to have an understanding of that environment. The role involves dealing with customers, ordering parts, updating the service schedule, and preparing quotes.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial vehicle, automotive or engineering environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
