R&D Engineer

An exciting new business are seeking to add to their growing team by expanding their R&D team. The successful candidate will join a team currently occupied with 2 other engineers. The job will include the following duties;
- Conducting research and assessment to identify viable technical solutions for challenges posed by the Technical Engineering Design team or clients.
- Creating innovative products that prioritise efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user-centred design.
- Maintaining adherence to project timelines and deliverables to successfully complete tasks.
- Identifying and communicating emerging technologies pertinent to ongoing or prospective development initiatives.
- Defining and executing development and validation tasks, including the preparation of formal tests and technical reports.
A degree in mechanical engineering and CAD experience is required to apply for this role.
