Are you a Staff Nurse who is seeking to join a modern, purpose built nursing home providing high quality care for residents with physical disabilities? This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward thinking team with strong opportunities for progression.

What's on Offer:

  • £23.50 per hour
  • £500 sign on bonus

  • Full time, 37.5 hours (days, nights & weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality, person centred nursing care
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans
  • Monitor residents and respond to clinical changes
  • Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
  • Support and mentor care staff and junior team members
  • Contribute to audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing

About You:

  • Active NMC registration (RGN)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in care planning, risk assessment and medication management
  • Ability to lead, support and motivate a team
  • Good understanding of nursing home standards and regulations

Desirable:

  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and inspections
