Design Engineer in Omagh

Job: Design Engineer Location: Dromore, Omagh Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 The role: This is with an expanding Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company. With a new state of the art facility recently constructed they are seeking to expand their Design team. The role consists of: Develop initial concept drawings and models for customer proposals. Progress concept designs into fully detailed engineering designs incorporating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Produce precise manufacturing drawings. Modify existing designs to meet bespoke customer requirements. Manage customer communication and technical queries throughout each project. Liaise closely with the manufacturing team to ensure projects remain on schedule. Criteria Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar), or significant relevant industry experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in a heavy engineering design role. Proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling (AutoCAD / SolidWorks). If this sounds like your next Job make sure to get in touch OR hit apply.
