Roles and responsibilities include:
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of care, quality, and service across all homes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and company requirements.
- Provide clinical leadership and quality oversight through audits and supervision.
- Monitor and improve clinical practice, policies and procedures across the group.
- Investigate and manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
- Provide skilled leadership across multiple sites.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide management cover for weekends, emergencies, and out-of-hours issues.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Nursing Home Management or Regional Manager role.
- Experience within Mental Health Nursing.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
