We are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager (NMC) to join a well-established care home in the Newtownabbey area on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about high quality care, team development, and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
You will be leading an experienced team within a home that truly puts person-centred care first, while also having the autonomy to drive standards, occupancy, and overall home performance.
The Role: As Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care while supporting and developing your team.
