The Role:
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations through process improvement, manufacturing optimisation and engineering support. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in CNC programming, continuous improvement and production engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve quality.
- Create and optimise CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and provide technical support to production teams.
- Develop manufacturing documentation including Process FMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions and training materials.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through process improvements, tooling enhancements and manufacturing efficiency projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or Process Engineer position.
- Experience with CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Ability to analyse production data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective engineering solutions.
