The Role: We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to act as the commercial lead on multiple projects, managing pre- to post-contract services and ensuring commercial success. Travel across Northern Ireland and to GB mainland will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take off quantities, assist with tenders, and produce Bills of Quantities
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and interim valuations
- Monitor costs, cashflow, and monthly reconciliations
- Advise management on contractual matters and final accounts
- Ensure accurate commercial records and reporting
Requirements:
- QS experience in construction or fit-out projects
- Strong commercial awareness and JCT contract knowledge
- Excellent IT (Excel/Office), communication, and teamworking skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Experience with PQQs, bids, tenders, or e-tendering
