Nurse Assessor Location: Derry / L'Derry

Hours: 37.5hrs per week (9AM-5PM, flexible start time)

Salary: Full time - £39,500 rising to £40,500 with 10% Monthly performance bonus, £43,350.

About the Role: As a Functional Assessor Nurse, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting a unique work blend of engaging consultations. Your Nursing expertise will assist in producing comprehensive health and well-being reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments to evaluate how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life.

Essential Criteria:

  • One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist.
  • Fully registered with NMC or HCPC.
  • Based in NI, Wales or the Midlands of the UK.
