As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting a unique blend of engaging consultations. Your expertise will assist in producing comprehensive health and well-being reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve, all while maintaining your respected healthcare license.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a unique blend of 3 comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings, ensuring clarity and proper analysis of all relevant information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to develop tailored care plans that address each client's specific needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in functional assessment to ensure high standards of practice.
- Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continually enhance assessment skills and professional knowledge.

Essential Criteria:
- Hold a valid licence to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
- Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
- Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Possess a valid driving licence or access to reliable transport.
- Successfully pass a government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
