100 CPD hours in first 3 months
We are seeking qualified HCPs (Doctor, Nurse, OT, Physio, MH Nurse, Paramedic) to conduct Working Capability Assessments for benefit claimants.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying a caseload of around 5 assessments per day
- Producing factual reports of approximately 500 words per assessment
- Using clinical expertise to evaluate how disabilities or health conditions affect working capabilities
- Providing clear, objective evidence to support decision-makers in determining eligibility
Requirements:
- 1 year post-registration experience
- Professional registration (NMC- RGN, RMN, RNLD, HCPC- Paramedic, Physiotherapist, GMC)
- Strong IT, communication, and report-writing skills
