- Manage parts sales processes, including accurate system entry, stock identification, and maintaining up-to-date paperwork.
- Deliver high standards of customer service, handling enquiries effectively and building strong customer relationships via email, telephone, and counter.
- Support business performance by increasing sales, controlling costs, and collaborating with internal departments.
