Work Capability Assessor (Nurse, Physio, OT or Paramedic) £39,500 + up to 10% bonus | Hybrid | Monday-Friday (No Nights or Weekends) Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Multiple locations across Northern Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carry out up to five assessments per day (telephone or face-to-face)
  • Produce structured clinical reports - no treatment, prescribing, or diagnosis involved
  • Assess individuals with a variety of physical, mental, and cognitive conditions
  • Hybrid working - home-based with regular days at your nearest assessment centre
  • Full training and mentoring provided - no prior assessment experience required

Starting salary: £39,500 with up to 10% performance bonus (OTE £44,450+)

What You'll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic
  • NMC or HCPC registration (no restrictions)
  • Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and IT skills
  • Ability to travel to your local assessment centre when required
