The job in a nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to develop, manage and monitor construction programmes across multiple live projects making sure projects stay on track and potential delays are identified early. You will work closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to provide programme updates, progress reports and recovery plans where required. You will have an experienced operational team around you to support delivery.
Should you apply?
We think candidates with previous experience as a Construction Planner or Planning Engineer within construction should apply. Candidates with strong experience using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6, alongside programme management and progress tracking experience, will have a very strong chance of success. Specialist subcontractor or façade experience would be advantageous but definitely not essential.
