Join our precision engineering team, specialising in high-quality aerospace components. We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Hypermill CAM skills and experience working on HAAS and Heidenhain machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, edit, and optimise CNC operations using Hypermill
- Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines
- Interpret complex aerospace drawings and 3D models
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
- Conduct first-off inspections and maintain setup documentation
Requirements
- 3 years CNC programming experience using Hypermill
- Proficiency with HAAS and Heidenhain controllers
