Healthcare Professional Northern Ireland Locations: Belfast + 9 sites across NI Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week, 7.5 hours/day Salary: £39,500 starting + benefits + 100 CPD hours in first 3 months Role: We are seeking qualified HCPs (Doctor, Nurse, OT, Physio, MH Nurse, Paramedic) to conduct Working Capability Assessments for benefit claimants. Responsibilities include: Carrying a caseload of around 5 assessments per day Producing factual reports of approximately 500 words per assessment Using clinical expertise to evaluate how disabilities or health conditions affect working capabilities Providing clear, objective evidence to support decision-makers in determining eligibility Requirements: 1+ year post-registration experience Professional registration (NMC- RGN, RMN, RNLD, HCPC- Paramedic, Physiotherapist, GMC) Strong IT, communication, and report-writing skills Perks: Comprehensive induction & over 100 CPD hours in first 3 months Revalidation support Registration fee re-imbursed Sick pay Maternity/Parental leave Company matched pension up to 5% Flexible, supportive team environment Skills: IT Skills Communication (written and verbal) Clinical Knowledge Benefits: Paid Holidays Performance Bonus Laptop Mobile Phone Pension Fund
