Are you a qualified Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Doctor looking for a fulfilling, flexible role that puts your clinical skills to new use? As a Functional Specialist, you'll carry out professional, compassionate assessments to help the DWP make informed decisions supporting people with health conditions and disabilities across the UK.

The Role:

  • Conduct holistic assessments (virtually and face-to-face) to understand how individuals' health conditions impact their daily lives.
  • Produce up to 3 detailed clinical reports per day.
  • Work in a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to your local centre.
  • Benefit from a structured day, with built-in time for CPD, breaks, and admin.

What You Need:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Doctor
  • Registered with NMC/HCPC/GMC
  • 1+ year experience
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • A desire to learn and contribute to a meaningful mission
