We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function within a growing business. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and commercial support while managing a finance team of 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly management accounts, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting
  • Lead and develop the finance team
  • Improve financial controls and ERP systems
  • Support audits, compliance, and tax requirements
  • Provide financial insight to support business decisions and projects
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and ERP systems experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
