Role: Executive Assistant (9-12 month Contract)

Location: Lisburn

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm

Pay: £32,000

We are working with a precision engineering and manufacturing business to supply to health, education and commercial sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

This role involves diary management, preparing presentations, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Primarily, you will be supporting the CEO and CFO but there are 6 members on the Board of Directors.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting senior executives and/or leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and/or Zoom.
