The Role:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across IS production equipment
- Plan scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation work to minimise downtime
- Manage maintenance technicians, shift cover, holidays, and team performance
- Attend daily production meetings and provide updates on maintenance priorities
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and machine reliability projects
- Monitor KPIs including downtime, planned maintenance completion, and parts availability
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or IS Maintenance Supervisor role
- Strong background within manufacturing, production, or glass operations
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and root cause analysis
- Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Prisma or CMMS platforms
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Health & Safety focused with a continuous improvement mindset
