The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives across manufacturing, analysing processes, implementing data-driven solutions, and embedding standardised, right-first-time ways of working.
You Will Be:
- Leading and supporting engineering-led improvement projects to improve efficiency, capacity, and output
- Analysing production processes and implementing practical engineering solutions
- Developing and standardising quality procedures, control plans, and process standards
- Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, design, and supply chain teams
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
