The Job in a Nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives across manufacturing, analysing processes, implementing data-driven solutions, and embedding standardised, right-first-time ways of working.

You Will Be:

  • Leading and supporting engineering-led improvement projects to improve efficiency, capacity, and output
  • Analysing production processes and implementing practical engineering solutions
  • Developing and standardising quality procedures, control plans, and process standards
  • Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, design, and supply chain teams
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
